PRD-Corrugated Metal Pipe Mills

Pacific Roller Die (PRD) sold its first helical lockseam corrugated metal pipe mill in 1961. The PRD D-6 model was introduced later and quickly became the most popular pipe mill in the industry.  This model can be built with the same performance specifications as the older models but it is smaller, lighter, more versatile, and less expensive.  Today, with incorporating recent technological improvements and through decades of experience in manufacturing, the PRD D-6 mill is the leader in corrugating metal pipe.

TESTING

Individual mill components will be subjected to trial test runs prior to shipment. In-plant testing of complete mill system and sample production can be offered. Customer is welcomed to witness tests.

Our qualified service technicians are available for installation supervision, start-up service, and operating training in your plant. Time may be contracted for periodic service, depending upon customer s needs.

WARRANTY

PRD Company warrants all equipment of its manufacture to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, assuming that any damage has not been caused by negligence of the operators or steel producers.
